This is the perfect class to create the right mindset for a beautiful week ahead. A moderate-level class dialed down to honor the energetic level of the end of the day; all levels welcome.

Dance Fitness – Chris and Roxann

Described as “Insanity meets Zumba”, Dance Fitness is a fun, energetic, high-intensity workout choreographed to pop and hip-hop music for a challenging and rewarding full-body workout! There are two rules in a Dance Fit Class: #1- HAVE FUN! And #2- No judging yourself or others. Come and get fit with Chris and Roxann!

Dynamic Yoga Flow – Jill

A moderate-to-intermediate flow sequence designed to increase both strength and flexibility with the added boost of cardio to build an internal heat. “Vinyasa” is a Sanskrit word that means “variation within prescribed perimeters.” Challenge yourself in this vinyasa flow class based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Modifications are offered to help make poses accessible to all. Yoga experience helpful.

Level I Yoga – Jill

This moderate-level class includes sun salutations and a wide range of standing and seated postures designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Inversions, backbends and occasional arm balances will also be included with modifications offered. For new students with good physical health and those ready to advance in their yoga practice.

Mat Pilates – Alicia

Mat Pilates offers a full-body workout that blends core strength, stability, posture and flexibility. Classes begin with a high-impact 12 minute cardio workout, then shift to a low-impact traditional Pilates routine on the mat. Up your game as you strengthen and tone your core! Great for all fitness levels. No Pilates experience needed.

Rock Out Fitness – Roxann

Rock Out Fitness is like a drumming solo and a workout all in one! Bring out your inner rocker with this full-body, high-energy workout that incorporates cardio, strength training and Pilates-inspired movement. And of course, drumming!

Restorative-Yin Yoga for the Full Moon – Natasha

The Full Moon Friday class is offered monthly, on or near the full moon. Release, relax, and renew monthly with the moon as we recharge mind, body, and spirit. Allow yourself to relax into 3-5 minute seated, supine, and prone poses with the assistance of yoga props and breathing exercises, while loosening the connective tissues that bind us together. Yin and restorative practice is an excellent complement to a more vigorous vinyasa or regimented hatha practice. This is a great way to end a week, as we center ourselves, together ushered by the moon.

Yoga for Beginners and Beyond – Debbie

An ideal class for beginners, continuing Yoga practitioners and for those wanting to restart their practice! Reduce your stress. Learn how to breathe. Increase flexibility and strength. Enjoy this class that will explore classic yoga poses, including seated and standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, balances and beginner level inversions (legs up the wall or shoulder stand). All are welcome!
