While it is best to establish a practice and come to classes regularly, drop-ins are always welcome. Most classes are on-going, except where otherwise noted. Dance2Fit: Alyssa

Dance2Fit is a fun, energetic, high-intensity workout that uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout! It has been described as Insanity meets Zumba. There are always two rules in a Dance2Fit Class. Number 1- HAVE FUN! And Number 2- No judging others or yourself. Come have fun and shake it with Alyssa! **Special $5 student class rate

Happy Hour Yoga – Jill

Had a stressful week at work? Come decompress with “Happy Hour Yoga” on Fridays! Reduce your stress. Learn how to breathe. Increase flexibility and strength. Enjoy this chill class that will help you transition from the work week to a weekend state of mind. A moderate-level class suitable for both beginners and more experienced students.

Meditation – Caleb

*All are welcome; free of charge
(For beginners and experienced meditators alike).
Caleb is trained in the Shambhala tradition of Buddhist meditation. Shambhala vision draws on the wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism as inherited by founder of Shambhala, Chögyam Trungpa. The Shambhala tradition is available to practitioners of any tradition, teaching how to live in the secular world with courage and compassion. Sessions include seated and walking meditation.

Pi-Yo (Pilates-Yoga) – Debbie

PiYo is a total-body strengthening workout combining poses from both yoga and pilates in an aerobic workout. Poses such as plank, side plank, core work, lunges, squats, and flowing in and out of Warrior sequences are incorporated. By working in and out of these poses, you build strength using your own body’s resistance. The class is low-impact but high energy. Some benefits of PiYo include building muscle, increasing cardiac health, aiding flexibility to muscles, increasing range of motion to joints, improving balance, and reducing stress for a blissful mind-body workout! *text instructor at 724-388-5747 to confirm your attendance

Power-Yin Yoga – Season
*Classes will resume Wednesdays in March

A moderate-to-intermediate level class, Power Yin Yoga pairs the more active, energetic, yang qualities of power yoga with the slower, more meditative qualities of yin yoga to help create that balance in one practice. We’ll work our way into a faster paced power flow in the beginning and end by settling our bodies with intensive, intentional stretching, resting in each pose for 3-5 min for an extra deep stretch during the last 15 minutes of the class. It’s the ultimate practice for integrating your mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga: All Levels Vinyasa Flow – Jill/Loren

Vinyasa Flow is a moderate-to-intermediate flow sequence designed to increase both strength and flexibility with the added boost of cardio workout to build an internal heat. “Vinyasa” is a Sanskrit word that means variation within prescribed perimeters. Come and enjoy this special variation of yoga flow! Some yoga experience helpful.

Yoga: Beginner and Beyond – Jan

An introduction to classic Yoga poses including standing poses, inversions, backbends, twists, forward bends, and restoratives. Based on the Iyengar style of yoga, emphasis will be placed on alignment in the poses. Props such as blankets, straps, and blocks will be used to offer support and allow students to practice safely. The class is appropriate for beginners or students who want to further their practice by learning more about alignment in the poses

Yoga: Beginner and Beyond – Debbie

Yoga is for Every Body! Learn the foundations of yoga so you can begin to experience its transformational effects. Explore proper alignment and correct breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. This class is designed for the brand new student as well as experienced students who want to develop their practice and reinforce the basics. Also appropriate for Pre-natal students.

Yoga: Level I – Jill

This moderate-level class will include sun salutations and a wide range of standing and seated postures designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Inversions, backbends and occasional arm balances will also be included with modifications offered. For new students with good physical health and those ready to advance in their yoga practice.

Yoga: Level II Ashtanga Remix – Jill

Based loosely on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, this intermediate-level class is for athletic students who are in good physical condition and have some prior yoga experience. Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style of yoga that follows a specific sequencing of postures (including backbends, arm balances and inversions) and involves synchronizing breath with movement, thereby creating an intense internal heat (and sweat!), purifying both body and mind.

Yoga for Pregnancy and Beyond – Lauryn

Yoga for Strength – Lauryn

Come strengthen and tone your body in this class that emphasizes both core strength as well as flexibility. A moderate-to-intermediate level class with modifications offered to make it accessible for most any student. *text instructor at 724-840-7282 to confirm your attendance

Zumba – Kristen

Zumba is an energetic and fun cardio dance party where you can “shake it off!” Whether you’re looking to do that in terms of weight, stress from the daily grind, or simply want to move your body, this class is for you. Jamming to Latin music and top 40 hits (and maybe a few throwbacks!) you will get your heart rate up while targeting specific areas such as the legs, arms, core, and glutes. The class is for all ages, body types, and fitness levels: the goal is to get moving, get sweating, and get laughing in an empowering and supportive environment.
